A group of engineering undergraduates at the University of North Carolina say they have developed a technology product that can prevent certain types of rape. As part of a technology accelerator aimed at developing “working solutions to real-world problems”, they have won an award for Undercover Colors, a nail polish with the sinister tagline “Choice Matters”, and which they plan to bring to market.
