What ICT skills are lacking in the Irish market and where are roles going unfilled?

Last summer there was a reported 4,500 vacancies in Ireland's ICT sector, blamed mainly on a ''severely limited supply of suitably skilled applicants, according to a Cisco report. This, however, is only a drop in the ocean when the global issue is examined.
