IT group Ergo wins €2.5m contract with ESB

Ergo, a Dublin-based IT group, has won a managed print service contract worth €2.5million with ESB.

Ergo, a Dublin-based IT group, has won a managed print service contract worth €2.5million with ESB.

As part of the three-year deal, the utility’s 2,000 printers will be reduced to fewer than 500 multi-function devices (MFDs) across 126 sites, creating a networked infrastructure.

Ergo will manage the new printer estate on a centralised basis in amove that is expected to save ESB just under €1 million per year. Quarterly business reviews will be introduced to...
