IT firm AMT-Sybex pays €3m in dividends

AMT-Sybex, the Irish IT firm that counts Olympian Sebastian Coe among its directors, has paid €3 million in dividends to its shareholders.

AMT-Sybex, the Irish IT firm that counts Olympian Sebastian Coe among its directors, has paid €3 million in dividends to its shareholders, bringing their dividend haul to almost €40 million in the last six years.

The company, which develops enterprise software and provides consulting to infrastructure and energy businesses, had sales of €41 million in the year to the end of January, and made a pre-tax profit of €8.5 million, according to accounts just filed.
