Irvine unfair dismissal case set to resume

The unfair dismissal action taken against former Formula 1 driver Eddie Irvine by his former business partner John Foley will resume at an Employment Appeals Tribunal tomorrow.

The unfair dismissal action taken against former Formula 1 driver Eddie Irvine by his former business partner John Foley will resume at an Employment Appeals Tribunal tomorrow.

Foley, a publican, took the action after being sacked as a director of Calview, which operates the Cocoon Bar on the Royal Hibernian Way off Grafton Street in Dublin. He has also initiated four High Court actions against Irvine over the ownership of Cocoon and another Dublin bar, O'Reilly's...
