Survey shows we take more holidays than anyone

It's official - we Irish value our leisure.

A global survey had found that Irish professionals are more likely to take up their full holiday allocations than those of any other country.

Recruitment consultancy Robert Walters said that 56 per cent of Irish professionals took their full holiday allocation in 2010 and 37 per cent used 75 per cent.
