Developers pitching for The Irish Times headquarters on Fleet Street are expected to approach the investors who own the former EBS building society headquarters at 30-34 Westmoreland Street to see if they are willing to sell the property.

Developers pitching for The Irish Times headquarters on Fleet Street are expected to approach the investors who own the former EBS building society headquarters at 30-34 Westmoreland Street to see if they are willing to sell the property.

Investors bought the EBS building in 2002, with the intention of developing a retail scheme on the site. However, the plans have yet to be realised.
