Irish technology and life sciences firms raised about €30 million from investors in the third quarter of the year, according to figures compiled by The Sunday Business Post.

Irish technology and life sciences firms raised about €30 million from investors in the third quarter of the year, according to figures compiled by The Sunday Business Post.

The figures show an improvement on the third quarter of last year, when high-tech firms raised about €23 million in funding.

The third quarter is traditionally the quietest period of the year for funding, which was reflected in the sharp drop from investment of about €75 million...
