In 2007, Ireland ranked 15th in terms of the cost of city retail rents; it's now 40th on the list, according to new research from global property advisor CBRE Group.

In 2007, Ireland ranked 15th in terms of the cost of city retail rents; it's now 40th on the list, according to new research from global property advisor CBRE Group.

CBRE’s latest quarterly survey (Q1 2013), which tracks the top 10 most expensive prime global retail markets, shows record-high prime rental rates. Hong Kong rents are at the top of the list at $4,335 per square foot per annum.
