Irish property firm to develop Florida site

Redquartz Boundary (RQB), the Irish property investment firm backed by developer Paddy Kelly, has secured planning permission to develop 230 apartments on a site next to the Sawgrass golf course in Florida.

Redquartz Boundary (RQB), the Irish property investment firm backed by developer Paddy Kelly, has secured planning permission to develop 230 apartments on a site next to the Sawgrass golf course in Florida.

The company obtained final planning permission in recent months and will begin construction on the scheme early next year.

The project has a development value of about $150 million (€111 million). RQB acquired the 34-acre site last year as part of its $200 million...
