A property investment firm sold almost €1 million worth of Bulgarian property acquired by Irish and British buyers during the boom to Russian investors last month.

Appreciating Assets, which has its headquarters in Ballsbridge in Dublin, sold 17 Bulgarian properties at an international investment show in Moscow which was attended by about 4,000 people.

The properties sold ranged in value from €22,000 to €165,000, and the majority were apartments located in resorts such as Sunny Beach, Nessebar,...
