Irish port, shipping traffic falls in Q2
The second quarter saw the first quarterly fall in exports in two years, according to new figures.
The volume of port and shipping traffic through the Republic of Ireland fell in the second quarter of 2012 according to the latest figures released by the Irish Maritime Development Office (IMDO).
Only one of the five principal freight segments had any growth over the second quarter.
Container traffic declined by five per cent during the second quarter of the year.
