Troubled Irish mining company Teknomining is to be placed in liquidation.

The board of the company, which has called an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for later this month, has written to the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) about concerns the new directors have over company announcements issued by their predecessors.
