Irish Life has sold two Irish investment properties for more than €28 million.

Irish Life has sold two Irish investment properties for more than €28 million.

A financial institution has agreed to buy Segrave House on Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, and a private investor bought 47 Patrick Street in Cork after the deals went to ‘‘best bids’’ because of the level of demand for the properties.
