Irish Life sells British assets

Irish Life has sold four British office investment properties in the last five months for a combined total of €90 million.

23 Austin Friars in London: sold for £27.5 million in July.

Irish Life has sold four British office investment properties in the last five months for a combined total of €90 million.

The latest and largest of these was the Citymark building in Edinburgh, which was sold last week for £33.7 million (€40.2m). Irish Life was reported to have paid over £40 million for the property in 2003.
