Irish companies are still two years behind British companies when it comes to online marketing and are losing millions because of it, according to Daniel Moffett, the newly-appointed director of digital marketing at Banks Love Marketing Communications.

He previously headed customer relationship management for betting firm Ladbrokes and was BT’s global head of digital marketing.

‘‘I’m not talking about digital in isolation here,” said Moffett.
