A consortium of Irish investors has sold a retail block in Chelsea, London, for stg£29 million.

Aconsortium of Irish investors has sold a retail block in Chelsea, London, for stg£29 million. The Cadogan Estate has bought the King's Road retail block from a number of Irish investors, who earned a significant profit on the property which was bought for around £18 million in 2004.

According to British commercial property information service CoStar, the Cadogan Estate, owned by the Earl of Cadogan, has purchased 98-108 King's Road, which comprises six retail units....
