Irish investors are in talks to acquire a 23,600 square metre property development just outside the Leopold area of Brussels in Belgium for about €60 million.
Construction work on the two buildings that make up the development, which has been named Kinesis, will commence next month.
The building is likely to be occupied by the European Union when it is completed in two years’ time.
