Irish housing market, where to from here?

The regional property market is set to out perform Dublin in 2015

Speculation about the performance of the Irish housing market has returned during recent months with the release of several, apparently conflicting, reports on the market.

The diverging results from different indices raise the question as to the current position of the property market. Are prices rising, falling or remaining stagnant? What impact, if any, have the new Central Bank regulations had?
