Irish homeless charity raises €15m in funding

Focus Ireland, the charity founded by Sister Stanislaus Kennedy to help the homeless, raised almost €15.4 million last year.

The charity raised €4.7 million from donations and fundraising and €9.9 million from revenue-based grants from government bodies including the Health Service Executive (HSE) and Dublin City Council.

The balance came from other sources including rent and restaurant sales.
