Irish goal hero hopes to encourage more and more female footballers

An Irish YouTube star is looking to turn her newfound fame into a way to get more women playing football. Steph Roche shot to stardom last week when her spectacular goal for Peamount United against Wexford Youths gained 1.5 million views on YouTube.

Roche told The Sunday Business Post that she hoped the goal's fame online would attract more women to the sport.
