Irish investment company Summerise has agreed to pay €23 million for the second phase of a residential and commercial property scheme in Manchester.

The Bauhaus scheme on Rossetti Place is in the Quay Street area of the northern British city. The price reflects an anticipated yield of around 6.9 per cent, as the 4,728 square metres of offices have yet to be let.
