Irish firm buys Information Techniques for €100k
Irish-owned IT company Hibernia Computer Services has bought Information Techniques, a Dublin-based supplier of Avocent's range of keyboard, video and mouse (KVM) switching, remote access, network connectivity and serial connectivity solutions.
Irish-owned IT company Hibernia Computer Services has bought Information Techniques, a Dublin-based supplier of Avocent's range of keyboard, video and mouse (KVM) switching, remote access, network connectivity and serial connectivity solutions.
The deal, believed to be worth under €100,000, could generate sales of up to €3 million for Hibernia over the next three years.
A spokesman for the company said it would enable Hibernia to “reach deeper into the enterprise market'‘.
