An Irish investment company has acquired Princes House in Glasgow for just under €27 million, representing an initial yield of close to 6 per cent.

An Irish investment company has acquired Princes House in Glasgow for just under €27 million, representing an initial yield of close to 6 per cent. CBRE Gunne advised M+F Finance (Ireland) on the off-market deal. M+F was acting on behalf of Strategic Property & Investment Solutions.
