Property-management company Irish Estates/Vector is not expected to float on London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) until September, about six months later than planned.

Property-management company Irish Estates/Vector is not expected to float on London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) until September, about six months later than planned. The company was formed last December from the €36 million buyout and merger of two companies, Irish Estates and Vector, led by financier Niall McFadden.

It had been expected to float in the first quarter of the year.
