Irish development in Portugal’s Algarve

An Irish development company has unveiled a scheme of 37 townhouses in Boliqueime, a quaint hillside town in the heart of the Algarve. Known as Fonte Verde, the development is Kildare builder Michael Dempsey’s first foray into overseas property.

Dempsey heads up the Kilbelin Group, which has been involved in construction and development largely in Kildare for more than 20 years.
