Property developer Paddy McKillen has paid about stg£70 million (€104 million) for a shopping centre in Glasgow.

Property developer Paddy McKillen has paid about stg£70 million (€104 million) for a shopping centre in Glasgow.

Industry sources said McKillen and his business partner Padraig Drayne were the buyers of the Avenue shopping centre in Newton Mearns in the Scottish city. The centre is more than 20,400 square metres and has Marks & Spencer and Asda as anchor tenants.
