Irish development firm Ballymore Properties is hoping to strike deals with three governments, including the Netherlands, which will see it open embassies in the firm's Embassy Gardens scheme in London.
The Netherlands is reported to be close to finalising the agreement with Ballymore and an announcement is expected later this month. The Dutch embassy will be developed next to the €500 million US embassy, according to Property Week.
