The Irish Dairy Board (IDB), which owns Kerrygold, has announced a new three-year bank loan facility of €350 million, up from €250 million.
A statement from the IDB, which employs 3,700 people, said that participating banks in the loan facility are AIB, Bank Of Ireland Merrill Lynch, Barclays, HSBC, Ulster Bank and Rabobank. The IDB said that IBI Corporate Finance is advising it on the deal.
