Irish people are paying some of the highest prices in the European Union for monthly broadband connections.
Irish people are paying some of the highest prices in the European Union for monthly broadband connections, according to a report by the European Commission.
The data in the report revealed that the lowest available offer for a broadband connection in Ireland was €31.40 per month, just below Cyprus and Spain.
The cheapest advertised broadband is available in Lithuania (from €10.30), Romania (from €11.20) and Latvia (from €14.60).
