Irish company begins work on €100m German development

McGrath Group added a Rostock city-centre retail, hotel and residential project to its investment portfolio

McGrath Group Properties, the Irish development and investment company, recently began site works on a €100 million mixed-use development which it is building in the north German city of Rostock.

Creating a new quarter for the city, it will have a retail focus on its larger west side and a hotel and long-stay residential focus on its east side, facing Neuer Markt, the city’s main square.
