Irish cities set to come under microscope of Google’s Street View tool

There have been several sightings of Google’s Street View car in Dublin and Cork, two of the five cities that the search engine has promised to cover in its Street View mapping application.

There have been several sightings of Google’s Street View car in Dublin and Cork, two of the five cities that the search engine has promised to cover in its Street View mapping application. Other cities to have their streets and public areas photographed for Street View will include Limerick, Galway and Waterford.

Once Google completes its photography, Street View will show streetside views of all major city streets and public spaces.
