A large majority - 86 per cent - of consumers say grocery items produced in Ireland should be clearly identifiable as being ‘Irish’.

A large majority - 86 per cent - of consumers say grocery items produced in Ireland should be clearly identifiable as being ‘Irish’.

Even more - 92 per cent - also say it is important for them to know where their food is coming from.

These are the main result of a survey of 1,011 consumers for Checkout Magazine by Empathy Research.
