Irish bloodtesting firm signs Olympic deal

An Irish company which tests athletes' blood and saliva levels to improve performance has signed a contract with the Irish Institute of Sport ahead of the Olympic Games.

An Irish company which tests athletes' blood and saliva levels to prevent overtraining and improve performance has signed a contract with the Irish Institute of Sport ahead of the Olympic Games.

ORRECO, which is based in IT Sligo's Innovation Centre, will apply its 'bio-marker analysis' in work with Ireland's high-performance athletes, many of whom are going to London for the Olympic Games.
