The chief executive of an Irish-based online poker operation has surrendered himself to US authorities to face charges of illegal gambling.

Full Tilt Poker CEO Raymond Bitar surrendered to authorities on Monday and pleaded not guilty to charges of illegal gambling and that the online poker operator defrauded its players, Reuters has reported.
