Apple device users in Ireland are being targeted by hackers attempting to steal bank and other personal information, it has been warned.

Apple device users in Ireland are being targeted by hackers attempting to steal bank and other personal information, it has been warned.

The hackers are attempting to steal personal data by using fake emails that appear to be from the “Apple Store (Republic of Ireland)” to try and trick their targets into revealing sensitive information including bank details, warned IT security firm, Smarttech.ie.
