A group of investors including technology entrepreneur Pat McDonagh has put together a rescue package for Bromley Communications, a Dublin software firm that is in examinership.
Bromley, which develops software for the hospitality sector, was placed into examinership in February with debts of €2 million. It owes about €500,000 to the Revenue Commissioners and the remainder to trade creditors.
