A consortium of investors is preparing a multi-million-euro rescue package for Ire-Tex, an Irish packaging company that is in examinership.

Existing shareholders in Ire-Tex, including majority shareholder Paul Burke, have agreed to provide further finance to bail out the cash-strapped company.
