Ireland’s underdeveloped student accommodation sector offers significant opportunities for savvy investors and developers, according to the latest sector-specific report from residential and commercial agent Lisney.

Insufficient and ageing existing stock coupled with increasing enrolments and rising demographics suggests that the timing is ripe for the private sector to respond and to develop purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), that is aligned with student needs.
