Investment spend is up for the start of 2013, as the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) looks to maximise returns in an improving market.

CBRE said that around €275 million worth of investment properties valued at over €1 million were traded in the Irish market during the first three months of the year, compared to the €545 million invested in commercial property here for the whole of last year.
