Inspectors close seven food outlets last month

The food safety authority has warned there is “no excuse” for putting customer health at risk

Takeaways in Dublin, Limerick and Donegal were among seven food businesses served with closure orders.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) today announced that closure orders were served on the seven outlets during September for breaches of food safety legislation.

Environmental health offers closed Roma Takeaway, North Road, Dromcollogher, Co Limerick; Express Fast Food Takeaway in Ballamore, Fintown, Co Donegal and Meal Box which is a fast food outlet on Cork Street, Dublin 8.
