INM to sell €40m shares via placement

Independent News & Media is to sell €40 million shares via a placement with new and existing institutional shareholders, the company said in a statement.

Independent News & Media is to sell €40 million shares via a placement with new and existing institutional shareholders, the company said in a statement.

Under the terms of the offering, a proportion of shares will be conditionally placed subject to clawback by existing shareholders under open offer.
