Staff at the South African operations of INM have formed a trust and hope to secure a 25 per cent stake in the company under new ownership.

Staff at the South African operations of Independent News and Media (INM) have formed a trust and hope to secure a 25 per cent stake in the company under new ownership. The business is currently for sale and three parties have expressed an interest in buying it, according to INM.
