INM says 2012 revenue lags behind 2011

UPDATE: Independent News & Media said its revenue trends in the first 19 weeks of 2012 were lagging those of 2011 amid a drop in advertising and circulation revenues.

Independent News & Media has said its revenue trends in the first 19 weeks of 2012 were lagging those of 2011 amid a drop in advertising and circulation revenues.

Group revenue has fallen 3.5 per cent in constant currency terms (or 5.2 per cent in euro terms) while total circulation revenue has fallen by three per cent (or 4.4 per cent). Advertising revenue is down 5.3 per cent or 7.9 per cent in euro terms.
