Indian restaurant businesses booming

Indian restaurants are among the most buoyant in the industry with more than 450 outlets nationwide and a combined turnover of €100 million.

“It's more trendy and acceptable now to eat Indian food,” said Asheesh Dewan, director of the Jaipur restaurant chain in Dublin.
