Gerry Conlon, one of the four people wrongfully convicted of the 1974 IRA pub bombings in Guildford, was laid to rest in his native Belfast yesterday.

A large crowd gathered for Conlon's funeral, after the 60-year-old died from lung cancer only three weeks after his diagnosis. Conlon is survived by his partner Alison and daughter Sara.
