In Concert: Super Furry Animals

I had my doubts heading into the Super Furry Animals (SFA) gig at Vicar Street on Tuesday. Like many, I fell in love with the wonderfully weird Welshmen at the height of Britpop in the 1990s, with their odes to Howard Marks and hamsters delivered with Beach Boys’ harmonies and deadpan comic timing.
