IIS acquisition will lead to 10 new technology jobs

Sandyford-based Intelligent Information Systems (IIS), has acquired the SAP Business One division of Maxima plc, in a deal that will create 10 new technology positions in the company.

Sandyford-based Intelligent Information Systems (IIS), has acquired the SAP Business One division of AIM-listed Maxima plc, in a deal that will create 10 new technology positions in the company.

IIS is a wholly Irish owned SAP Gold partner. This is the second acquisition by IIS this year, making the company one of the largest SAP Business One Gold Partners in Europe. IIS develops software enhancements for resource planning software as well as selling it to SME...
