IFG warns market that sale approach is "highly conditional"

Financial advisory group IFG said that an approach it had received to acquire the company was “highly conditional and preliminary in its nature.”

Financial advisory group IFG said that an approach it had received to acquire the company was “highly conditional and preliminary in its nature.”

IFG’s share price fell 7.4 per cent this morning after it issued a statement to the morning saying that “no assurances can be given that a formal offer will be forthcoming or that any transaction will occur.”
