IFG to sell international unit for stg£70 million

UPDATE: IFG Group is selling its international business to AnaCap Financial Partners; deal subject to shareholder approval.

IFG Group is selling its international business to AnaCap Financial Partners for stg£70 million (€83 million).

The financial services group had earlier said it received an unsolicited offer for the unit.

IFG said the sale was subject to certain conditions including shareholder and regulatory consent.
